Refund policy

At Brand Mockups, we specialize in high-quality digital mockups designed to elevate your creative projects. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise.

Refund Eligibility:
We offer refunds exclusively in the following situations:

1. Duplicate Purchase:

   • If you accidentally purchase the same mockup or bundle twice, we will gladly refund the duplicate transaction. Please contact us at contact@brandmockups.store with your order numbers for verification.
     
     Please note: This policy does not apply to overlapping mockups between single items and bundles. Refunds are only available for exact duplicate transactions.

2. Irreparable Technical Defect:

   • In the rare event that you encounter a significant and reproducible technical issue with a mockup that we cannot resolve, a refund may be considered.
   • To be eligible, you must provide detailed documentation of the issue, including screenshots or screen recordings, to contact@brandmockups.store.
   • We will thoroughly investigate the issue and, if deemed unresolvable by our team, process a refund.
   • Please note that the issue must be within the digital files provided by us. Software compatibility issues on the customers side are not valid reasons for refund.

Our Commitment:

• We strive to provide accurate and detailed product descriptions to ensure you make informed purchasing decisions.
• Our team is available to assist with any questions or concerns you may have before purchasing.
• We will do our best to help with technical questions, but software compatibility is the buyers responsibility.

Refund Process:

• To request a refund, please contact us at contact@brandmockups.store with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
  
• If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.

We’re unable to process refunds in the following situations:

• You no longer need the purchased product.
  
• You don’t have sufficient expertise to use the product.
• You don’t have the correct software to open and edit the product. 
• You bought an item on accident, and our system shows that the product was downloaded.
• You feel that the item is of low quality.
  
• You claim the item is experiencing a technical issue, but you are unable or unwilling to provide sufficient evidence for the technical issue.
