Welcome to Brand Mockups – a digital platform operated by Brand Mockups (KVK-registered in the Netherlands), offering downloadable 3D mockups for apparel and product presentation. By accessing or purchasing from www.brandmockups.store (the “Site”), you (“you,” the “User,” or the “Customer”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Site or its services.

1. General

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site. By placing an order, you agree that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and are at least 18 years old.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including the mockups, design files, graphics, and branding, are the intellectual property of Brand Mockups and protected under copyright law. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

3. License and Usage Rights

All mockups purchased from Brand Mockups are licensed, not sold.

Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the downloaded files for personal and commercial use in accordance with the following:

Use the mockups for product visualization, marketing, or client presentations.
Modify the mockups for your use.

❌ You may not:

Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or offer the mockups (modified or not) in any form.
Use the files in any way that violates Dutch or international law.

We reserve the right to revoke access or licenses from any user found in violation of these terms.

4. Account Responsibility

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under the account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD) depending on your location. Payment is processed securely via our third-party provider. By purchasing a product, you agree to pay the stated amount in full and understand that no refund will be issued once the digital content has been delivered.

6. Digital Product Sales and Waiver of Right to Withdrawal

All Brand Mockups products are delivered digitally and made available for download immediately after purchase.

Due to the nature of digital content, once the files have been accessed or downloaded, they cannot be returned. Therefore, all sales are final, and no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided for digital products.

We encourage customers to review all product information carefully before completing a purchase. If you have any questions about a product prior to purchasing, please contact us.

By purchasing from Brand Mockups, you agree:

That the product is digital and delivered immediately upon purchase.
That you explicitly waive your right of withdrawal.
That no refunds, returns, or exchanges are possible after purchase.

This policy is in place to protect against the nature of digital goods, which cannot be “returned.”

7. Limitation of Liability

Brand Mockups is not liable for:

Losses resulting from incorrect usage or interpretation of mockups.
Damages or losses due to system incompatibilities or user-side technical issues.

The Site and products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site without notice if we suspect any violation of these Terms.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, as required by the Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG).

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on the Site. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted implies acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law. All disputes will be handled by the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
